We don’t charge premium rates for Saturday or Sunday appointments. Our weekend hours are 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, and our weekday hours run until 7:30 PM, so there’s usually a time that works without disrupting your schedule. The estimate is still free regardless of when we come.
Know your address, how many fireplaces or appliances you have, and roughly when they were last serviced. If you’ve noticed a specific problem (smoke backup, a smell, a damaged cap), mention that. You don’t need to climb on the roof or do any prep work. We’ll handle everything when we arrive.
